This is actually the contact form used on this site. It appears on all pages in the sidebar and allows all visitors to easily contact you via email.It is super easy to install and set up.

• Click up top to download the widget
• Upload it into the wp-content/plugins folder on your site
• Log in to WP-Admin, and go to the plugins section at the top right to activate the plugin
• Go to the widgets section under the design tab and hit add.
• Click edit on the right hand side next to the widget and add the email destination you desire.
